Simply create a ticket and upon our response you can request Remote Support. For Remote Support (ICassist), you will download a small file to your computer which will give us limited access to share your screen. No worries- your data will remain secure and safe, and once the Remote Support session is over, the small file you downloaded will immediately be uninstalled, deleted, and further access will be denied unless you request a new session.
