The subscription for your new VPN solution is being processed.

What’s Next?

• You will be billed, receive an email invoice, and a setup email.
• Your VPN server will be provisioned and powered on.
• You will need to supply client names and configure your devices.

How to Prepare

In preparation, you will need to gather the following:

1. Register a Domain Name if you don’t want to use the server IP address, and provide details of your domain name host.
2. Make a list of client IDs (can be anything, i.e. “client1” or “acct1”) and submit your list of client IDs to be created.
3. Our solution doesn’t use passwords, we use OpenVPN client connection profiles that we will send you electronically.
4. Your users will need to download the OpenVPN software for their device and install the connection profile which we supply.
